Informative note on the processing of personal data
(pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003)
To access our services you will be asked to supply some personal information. Fidenia s.r.l. (hereinafter, for convenience, Fidenia), holder of the rights to exploit QuestBase, will process your personal data, for the purposes indicated in this informative note and always in conformity with the Italian regulations on the protection of privacy.
The data that you may communicate
1. Personal data communicated at the time of registration
To be able to create, manage and share a assessment using QuestBase you must register your profile and provide us with the information indicated in the form at the time of your first access. When you click on the access button, you will be asked to give your consent for the processing, by Fidenia, of the personal data that you will supply.
If the user is a minor, he must necessarily ask for the authorisation of his parents - or of other subjects holding parental responsibility - before supplying any personal data, authorising their processing and registering with the portal.
Each parent - or other subject holding parental responsibility -, should he become aware that the minor entrusted to his care has supplied personal information without receiving prior authorisation, may contact us at the following address email@example.com. As soon as we are notified, we shall take action to remove this information in the shortest time possible and, on the express request of the parent, to delete the minor's account.
2. Further data that you may share
After registration, we collect the contents and the other information that you supply when you use our services, create or share assessments. We collect information on the persons and groups with whom you connect.
To take part in a assessment, it is not necessary to activate a QuestBase profile. Depending on the author's decision, some assessments are, in fact, accessible to all; instead, for others a specific invitation is required. If you are not a registered user, you can access the assessment by means of a reserved code. At the time of accessing the assessment, you will be asked to supply the information indicated in the form.
Fidenia does not collect and does not process other data different from those that you decided to supply during the use of QuestBase. Remember that all the data that you decide to share will be accessible to the other users of QuestBase (whether to all users or only to some depends on the privacy settings of the account).
If you collect the personal data of third parties, it is necessary for you to inform the subjects involved adequately and to obtain their consent, just as QuestBase is doing, in full respect of the requirements of the Privacy Code. In the lack of these conditions, if you do not (pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003) inform the third parties of the intention to process their personal data, do not communicate the characteristics and purposes of said processing and do not obtain their consent, you cannot legitimately share contents that contain personal data, neither on QuestBase nor on other sites. Fidenia shall not be responsible, neither for any illegal sharing of the personal data of third parties nor for any processing of third party personal data that may be done by those with whom you have voluntarily shared those data.
